Whether sufficient clarification is provided to prospective students remains a legitimate matter for examination.

Citizen Perspective also reviewed an apparent certificate issued to the same individual showing successful completion of the same Professional Doctorate.

Questions About EIU's Paris and Bangkok Operations

EIU's registered Paris address is:

Photographs reviewed by Citizen Perspective show a relatively modest premises.

The size of a facility alone says little about academic legitimacy, particularly for a distance-learning institution.

The more relevant operational questions include:

EIU openly maintains an operational presence in Bangkok. Whistleblower allegations suggest that significant administrative functions may historically have been carried out there.
